I prefer Raw files or High Resolution Jpeg files to work with. But if you have an old favorite print that you would like to retouch, scan it and send it as well: I'll give you an opinion at least :)

For Advanced manipulation/Artistic Design (as you can see in my Samples Work), price depends on what you would like for me to do and how much work is necessary. If it is something dramatic that I would like to add to my portfolio, the price will be less.
